For those new to our dental practice, we strive to make your experience with us a comfortable one. During your first visit, our friendly staff will welcome you and show you around our office. We will also discuss your dental and medical history. This helps us to get to know you better. It also allows our dentists to find treatment options that best fit your needs.
At your first visit, we will provide a thorough cleaning of your teeth. Our dental staff will examine your teeth and gums, review treatment options and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have about your treatment or our procedures. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and to leave feeling confident in your smile.
Please assist us by providing the following information:
- Any X-rays taken by previous dentist, if applicable
- List of medications you are taking
- Dental insurance information, if applicable
- All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
