Wills & Estates
Wills, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney for Asset Management and Powers of Attorney for Health Care are so important. And nobody wants to think about it. We get that. We offer Flat Fee Will Packages (including Powers of Attorney) that are about half the price of the market rates. You don’t have to bring anything with you. We can send you an email with what to think about before your Will Intake Appointment. We promise, we will prepare your Wills and Powers of Attorney quickly, and cost-effectively. You can cross it off your To Do List with peace of mind. We also do Probates (now called Application for Appointment of Estate Trustee With or Without a Will).
Notaries
Walk-Ins Welcome!
If you have a document that requires a Commissioner of Oaths or a Notary Public, we will Commission, Notarize and Certify True Copies of documents while you wait at our Oakville office. Our regular business hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Walk-ins are welcome! Our Notary services are quick and very cost-effective. For Certified True Copies, we are happy to photocopy your documents here in our office. Remember to bring at least 1 Photo ID with you.
Cooperate/Commercial
We handle all aspects of your Incorporation, including organizing your new corporation’s Minute Book.
