Meet Our Staff
Our team of Psychologists and Psychotherapists provide evidenced-based treatments for a range of issues. They listen compassionately and work collaboratively with clients to help them live their best lives.
Our clinicians all have extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Some clinicians have additional training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
All our clinicians are registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
