Printable templates are available for, 10 Series, 20 Series, SLIDER Series, and Slider WiFi Series. Simply print the template on an 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper and place your valuables on the template to see if they fit. When printing do not scale to fit instead print at 100%.
All Vaultek safes are TSA compliant allowing you to not only fly with them but also transport firearms. If transporting a firearm, be sure the safe is checked or included with checked luggage and that you notify your airline agent at check in. If no firearms are present you can take the safe with you through security and pass through x-ray, but be prepared to open the safe as requested from government officials. If you have any additional questions or concerns be sure and contact your airline before your departure.

WiFi There is a strict device verification process in place so only you and your phone have access to safe settings. Additionally, you can’t open the safe with WiFi. With WiFi connectivity, you can view the safe activity and receive live alerts like tampering, settings changed, opened/closed, and more.

What is the warranty policy?
VAULTEK® IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING PRODUCTS OF HIGH QUALITY AND VALUE AND MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE ITS PRODUCTS ARE FREE OF DEFECTS.
Vaultek® guarantees your safe will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase from an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, use in any manner for which is not designed, neglected, modification, damage inadvertently caused by the user, accidents and/or tampering.
If your safe is determined to be defective, we will at our discretion, have it repaired at our expense, or will send you a new one at no cost to you. You will be required to return the existing unit as well as all included parts to Vaultek™ prior to replacement along with your proof of purchase.
If it is determined your safe needs to be returned, a Vaultek™ agent will provide a Return Authorization Number. Please have the following information available when you contact us:
-Purchaser’s name, mailing address, email address, and a phone number.
-Copy of receipt or online order number (if purchased directly from us or Amazon)
-Authorized Dealer Name (if applicable)
-Detailed description of the problem

When is your shipping cut off?
For items in stock, orders placed prior to 3:00pm EST usually ship the next business day. Please be aware that some orders may be delayed by order processing or other issues. Once the order is processed the shipping time is dependent on the shipping method that has been selected. Once shipped you will receive tracking information via email.

How to ship out of the United States?
If you want to order from outside the United States, please visit the following International Portal. Simply enter your intended shipping address, product(s) you want to purchase, phone number and follow the instructions.
If you live outside the United States, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country’s import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees.
Can you replace the battery?
Yes, all safes use a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that can be replaced as needed. Note, depending on the model the battery will last for months on a single charge.
Can I keep the safe plugged in continuously?
Leaving your safe plugged in continually will not harm the safe or battery. However, to preserve battery life we suggest that you unplug occasionally to allow the battery to cycle down.

What is the difference between the included foam and non-absorbent foam?
The included foam is standard egg crate foam. The optional non-absorbent foam is an upgraded closed cell foam for a high level of protection and will not absorb moisture. Note, VT/VTi come standard with non-absorbent foam.

What is Smart Key compatible with?
Smart Key is compatible with Slider Series (SL20 / SL20i), VT Series (VT / VTi), and MX Series (MX / MXi) safes. It is not compatible with 10 Series (VE10, VR10, VT10i), 20 Series (VE20 / VT20 / VT20i), and Essential Series (VE10 / VE20 / SE20 / VE) models.
