Vaultek is 100% committed to serving our customers with the best product quality and customer service. We offer a 30-day return policy and guarantee a 2-year and 3-year limited warranty with registration for select safes.

When processing your return, you will be charged shipping back to Vaultek (same as the original shipping charge).
