Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After a label is created you will receive tracking information via email. If you are unable to locate the email check your spam folder.

Multiple-piece Shipment: If you ordered one or more items and a package has not arrived simply follow these steps. Do a Google search for your tracking number or access the shipping carrier website to land on your tracking information landing page. Once you access your tracking number simply scroll down and click “Multiple-piece Shipment”. This will showcase multiple packages under the same tracking number.

We ship from either our west coast facility in Fontana, California or our Orlando, Florida facility depending on your location.

International If it’s an international order, most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.

Printable templates are available for, 10 Series, 20 Series, SLIDER Series, Slider WiFi Series, and LifePod. Simply print the template on an 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper and place your valuables on the template to see if they fit. When printing do not scale to fit instead print at 100%.

All Vaultek safes meet TSA guidelines allowing you to not only fly with them but also transport firearms. If transporting a firearm, be sure the safe is checked or included with checked luggage and that you notify your airline agent at check in. If no firearms are present you can take the safe with you through security and pass through x-ray, but be prepared to open the safe as requested from government officials.
