How does the Speed Pass Work?
After you purchase a pass at one of our pay stations, we will apply an RFID sticker to your windshield to provide you fast access into the car wash. The next time you come in, our readers will recognize your speed pass membership, and the gate will let you in automatically. It’s that easy!
Can I use my Speed Pass for more than one vehicle?
Sorry, the speed pass is on a per vehicle basis.
How can I cancel or change my Speed Pass membership?
You can cancel or change to another plan by completing a simple form at any of our locations, or by clicking on the “Change Your Plan” form below.
What if I get a new car or have my windshield replaced?
Stop by any location and we will replace your RFID.
What if I don't want the RFID sticker on my windshield?
The sticker is a company policy that utilizes our RFID technology. Without a sticker, you cannot enroll in the Speed Pass membership. Trust us, the sticker makes your life easier!
Can I use my Speed Pass at another location?
Of course! You can stop by any of our locations and enjoy the perks of your membership.
What if my debit/credit card that is saved is expiring or has been misplaced?
Stop by any of our locations and we can update your payment information.
When will my card be charged every month?
Your card will be charged on the same day each month, which is the same as your enrollment date.
Can I pay with cash?
Absolutely! We do require a 3-6 month commitment by paying up front.
