How are Searches counted?

A Search is any successful call to our Search API. Only successful Searches are counted towards your monthly search quota. There is no charge for calls to our other API’s.

How quickly do I get results?

Immediately! Scrapetastic is a real-time API. No queues. No waiting. There is no limit to the number of requests you can issue in parallel. You can also use Batches to enqueue up to 15,000 searches and run them on a schedule.

Do you offer a Free Trial?

Absolutely! Our free trial gives you 100 searches to use to evaluate Scrapetastic. No credit card is required. When you’re ready you may wish to consider one our paid plans.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

You certainly can! Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time. No strings attached!

What happens if I go over my plan limit?

If you go over your plans monthly search limit you’ll be charged for additional requests at the overage (extra search) rate for your plan. You can set an overage limit, or disable overage completely, in the SerpWow dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards – Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All payments are securely handled by our payments partner Stripe. Customers on our Custom Plans may request bank transfer payments too.

Do you offer larger custom plans?

Yes we do. If you need more please get in touch and we’d be delighted to create a Custom Plan that’s right for your requirements.
