Comprehensive Full Grooming Package

A nose‑to‑tail pampering session that leaves your dog clean, styled, and feeling great.

Relaxing Bath

A warm, soothing bath with premium dog‑specific shampoos and conditioners chosen for your pup’s coat and skin. Gentle, high‑quality products for healthy skin and a shiny coat.

Ear Cleaning & Plucking

Careful ear cleaning removes dirt and wax; excess hair is plucked (for breeds that need it) to help prevent infections.

Nail Trimming

A full nail trim to keep paws neat and safe from overgrowth. Nail grinding available on request for a smooth finish.

Dry & Brush‑Out

Hand‑dry and fluff‑dry—no cage dryers for a low‑stress experience—then a thorough brush‑out to remove loose hair and tangles for a soft, mat‑free coat.

Haircut or Deshedding

Breed‑appropriate haircut or deshedding treatment tailored to your preference and your dog’s needs. Includes sanitary and paw‑pad trimming for comfort and cleanliness.

Finishing Touches

Every dog leaves looking and feeling refreshed. We add a light, pet‑safe spritz for a clean, cuddle‑ready scent.

We also offer à la carte services for routine upkeep or special needs. These can be scheduled independently or added to any grooming appointment for a customized experience.

Bath & Fluff Dry

$20

A standalone bath with our premium shampoos followed by a fluff dry (no haircut). Perfect for a quick clean‑up between full grooms.

Nail Trim

$10

Professional nail clipping to keep your dog’s nails at a healthy length (includes smoothing the edges).

Ear Cleaning

$10

Gentle cleaning of the ears to help prevent odor and infections (includes hair plucking if applicable).

De‑Shedding

$40/hr

Focused de‑shedding session charged by the hour—ideal for seasonal “coat blows” or dogs who need extra undercoat removal outside of a full groom.

For a more accurate quote, please contact us with details about your pet. Final pricing may vary depending on factors such as breed, coat condition, grooming style, and your pet’s behavior or temperament during the session. Heavily matted coats or special services (e.g. extensive de‑matting) may incur additional charges due to the extra time and care required.

Please note: A completed Policy & Release Form and Client Information Form are required before the first grooming session for the safety and understanding of your pet’s needs.

Meet Olivia – The Heart Behind Ruff to Fluff

Olivia’s grooming journey started the moment she was old enough to hold a pair of scissors… Growing up with a German Shepherd, she quickly fell in love with the process of caring for her dog’s coat. Before long, she had convinced her family to bring home two more Shepherds—Max, Walker, and Xylie—who became her first “clients.”

Her passion soon grew beyond her own dogs… that’s when Ruff to Fluff was born. Olivia took professional grooming courses, started working with friends’ and neighbours’ dogs, and quickly earned a reputation for her gentle touch and dedication to each pet’s well‑being.

Olivia is committed to every dog that visits Ruff to Fluff. Whether it’s a first‑time puppy or a seasoned senior, her goal is the same: to make every dog look great, feel great, and enjoy the process.
