Do you charge for an quote?
Absolutely not!
What type of warranty do you offer?
Not only do you receive the warranty from the manufacturer of the window, but you also receive our guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with not only our products but the entire installation process!
How long does it take from order to installation?
4-6 weeks is the standard turn around time depending on the complexity of orders and weather.
Are you licensed and insured?
Of course!
Do you offer painting as part of your installation package?
Yes and No…while we CAN offer painting our installers are window and door installers NOT painters. On larger painting jobs we recommend hiring a painter.
How long have you been in the window business?
What does your quote include?
Everything! I include all fees and taxes in the price given to you. Unless we run into a MAJOR issue, this price is all you will pay!
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit at contract signing and the rest at the completion of the job. Do you have a special circumstance? We can make it work!
Is there a specific brand of window you use?
I am able to get ANY brand window that you are interested in, however depending on the project I like to recommend the Alside Mezzo series window. Alside is a local manufacturer with an exceptional quality of work and warranty.
How long would a 10 window installation take you?
10 standard windows should take our team 1 day to install.
Do you use subcontractors?
What about possible lead issues?
All of my installers and I are LEAD certified and have attended yearly training. All homes that were built prior to 1978 must be tested. If lead is found then we have the equipment to use to ensure a safe installation and clean up per state EPA regulations.
What type of material is the window made of?
80% of my customers choose vinyl windows however, I am able to purchase any type of window material that you request. I can even get vinyl on the outside wood on the inside window that is a popular option!
What about energy efficiency?
Will new windows improve your home’s energy efficiency? YES! Can I promise a 30% savings on your home heating and cooling costs? NO…and anyone who says they can are not a company you want to be dealing with. I can sell any and all UV ratings that you are interested in.

Maurice was very easy to deal with. No pressure like other companies I’ve encountered during this project. Initially we were shopping around and when I called to get a quote, he gave me an approximate price and that was that. No harassing calls or emails. When we were ready to continue with the project, he came over to take measurements and told me I would hear back from him within 4-5wks when the Windows were ready for installation. 4 weeks later he called to schedule the installation. The guys came over and got straight to work. They were finished installing the 6 Windows in 2 hours. Everything was so clean, you wouldn’t even know they had come, except for the beautiful Windows. Very professional and exceptional job!

I just had a window replaced upstairs that had some wood rot in the frame and had my two deck door inserts replaced to get rid of the cottage panes design. Chattahoochee Windows (770-316-8028) did the work. Maurice Duvic is the owner, they are local. Did a great job and costs were reasonable. Austin did the actual install and he cleaned up beautifully. Took about an hour overall! Maurice came over after the install to show me how to pop the windows in and out for easy cleaning. Really pleased.

Excellent service, top notch quality ALSIDE casement window, top notch installation. researching windows with the multiple options out there is challenging, we had numerous companies come out to quote such as Home Depot, Lowes, Champion and a few others. Champion was a complete joke with the highest quote of all, and the close close mentality of the salesperson. Window specifications vary greatly with LOW E and UV Ratings, we felt the ALSIDE casement was our best option with specs we could understand and compare to our other options. Chattahoochee’s Maurice Duvic is first class, professional quote, punctual, and follow through was best in class. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.
