Greenleaf Advisors was founded to help employers navigate the rapidly evolving fiduciary landscape created by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA 2021) and related transparency and accountability requirements impacting employer-sponsored health plans.

With more than 30 years of experience in fiduciary governance, we sit on the same side of the table as employers. We are independent, transparent, unbiased, and pragmatic, focused exclusively on helping plan sponsors understand, fulfill, and document their fiduciary obligations under ERISA—particularly as those responsibilities expand across health & welfare plans.
