A love for numbers and truth, brought me somehow to my role as the trusted source of mortgage advice in the Niagara Region and Southern Ontario. As an independent Mortgage Agent, I can provide people a layer of objectivity that is unique in the marketplace.

Additionally, the broad range of choice in the market that our existing lender relationships bring to the table, allow my guests to benefit greatly by having access to Canada’s major banks, credit unions, monoline lenders and trust companies – the larger mortgage market VS only one lender.

Being born in St. Catharines and enjoying the amazing region we call Niagara for my life, taught me how important it is to pay it forward. I look forward to seeing Niagara grow into one of the preeminent regions in Canada!

Laurie Richards
Administrative Assistant

Ms. Laurie Richards, brings decades of experience in administrative and secretarial and roles during her tenure at Brock University and Niagara College. Her attention to detail, integrity and outgoing personality, will be a benefit to our guests during their mortgage application, pre-approval, approval and after closing.

Laurie’s most recent role, prior to starting with us, was the Executive Assistant to the outgoing President of Niagara College, Dr. Dan Patterson. Laurie’s vast experience, character and great work ethic are an asset to the Niagara Regional – Community Mortgage Plan.
