Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin

Dr. Makarin received his degree in Dentistry from National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine. Shortly after, he completed postgraduate training in Prosthodontics. Because of particular interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin worked as a dental technologist for 5 years. As well, he completed Paramedic Program with Distinction at Conestoga College, Kitchener and worked as a paramedic in Ontario for several years. Dr. Makarin constantly participates in continuing education courses and is a member of several professional associations including Ontario Dental Association. Dr. Makarin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience comfortable and enjoyable. When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he enjoys family time and maintains an active lifestyle.
