This is an updated version of the annual membership meeting presentation that was used at the COS Convention. The presentation slides and the accompanying meeting minutes include the Board of Directors and Committee rosters as well as some key committee reports. The operating budget for 2013 is included as well. A summary of the 2012 operating statement is included to serve as comparison year over year for this budget presentation.
